Quality Control
In project management, the company strictly follows customer’s requirements and TS16949 automobile standards to set up the project development and control system, and applies major tools like AIAG APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP&CP for the implementation. We will make synchronous development with the vehicle manufacturer, and we will set up a project team and set the targets like development schedule, quality and costs, and make risk assessments through periodic summary and quality appraisal, and finally complete the product development and make mass production.
Production Capacity
Our major equipment include: 100T-3300T injection molding machines of various brands like Haitian, ENGEL, Demag, and Sumitomo; Fidia five-axis machining center, Okuma 3+2 gantry machining center, Makino electric discharging machine, large three-coordinate measuring machine, large full automatic automobile bumper coating line, full automatic high gloss precision parts coating line, Germany imported Huebers ignition coil cating machine, Italy imported Marsilli coil winding machine, as well as various kinds of testing equipment.
R&D Capability
The company has set up Accessory Design Dept, Precision Parts & Automobile Electronics Development Dept, Central Laboratory, Automatic Equipment Dept, and two mold plants. The company is specialized in the development of various automobile parts like bumpers, instrument panel, door panel, vertical column, SRS, precision gears, etc. and has all-round capabilities in product design, technology research and development, experimental verification, mold design and manufacturing, etc. We can make synchronous product development with OEM plant.
